Hello.
I woke up yesterday morning and realized that I wanted to eat some cheesecake but without need to bake anything. Of course I could go to a bakery to buy one, but where is fun in that? So I started to thinking what I need to make such one. And here is result.
Doesn't it look delicious? Because it taste that, that I can assure you. And it's really easy and fast to make.
Now, if you are interested in doing such for yourself or your family, I will tell you how.
Ingredients:
cream cheese - 1kg (35oz)
sour cream - 400g (1 and half cups)
powder sugar - 300g (1.2 cups)
vanilla extract - 4 teaspoons
and some base, you can really use anything here, sponge cake, biscuits or whatever you like
Topping:
You can choose what you prefer, really I have chosen some sprinkles because my lil sister insisted on it, and I just couldn't say no to her on that. But my personal recommendation would be fruits. Just imagine it with strawberries and grapes on it, or with blueberries. But you can also try dark chocolate flakes if you prefer it less sweets.
Instruction:
It's really ease, you will be surprise how much.
Take cream cheese to big bowl, add sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract and... Stir it. Yes, just like that. Use spatula, it make it easier than spoon. Eventually you can use robot for it, but on really low gear.
Make sure that all of the ingredients are mixed well. The longer you will stir it, the better, but remember, don't be too fast.
Put base to high cake mold and than mass on top of base. Decorate your cake with topping of your choice and leave it for a few hours in refrigerator, preferably at leas for a night.
Of course all of this is you can modifies as you want. If you want to make it sweeter, add more sugar, if you prefer it less start for adding it less and work up from there. Experiment, that's the best part of it.
And remember all. Being in the kitchen should be fun, not just chores.
Enjoy.
Its so lovely bro.
Wygląda smacznie,będę próbować
