Delicious simplest beef Lasagna ever

Hello.

You remember when week ago We were making tomato sauce? Now it's time to use it.

Today We are gonna make Lasagna. This delicious dish as far as We know originated from Italy in middle ages, and of course is commonly considered as must have for romantic evening.

So, let's get started.

Ingredients:

  • minced beef - 800g (1.8 lb)

  • lasagna paste

  • tomato sauce (you remember like week ago we make one? It's same recipe)

  • grated cheese, you can use the one you like or mix few different, I used red cheddar - 600g (1.3 lb)

  • olive oil - 1 table spoon

Instruction:

To pot pour olive oil and beef, fry it until it get nice brownish color. Put it on low heat and wait till all of the water evaporate (you can pour it out to fasten this).

When water is gone add tomato sauce to meet and stir. You can add more seasoning because meat will change taste of sauce. Simmer it for a few minutes.

Bottom of casserole dish lay out with lasagna pasta, add some earlier prepared sauce with meet, sprinkle it with grated cheese, than again pasta, sauce, cheese. Do that until you run out of ingredients.

Put it to oven for around 40 min on around 170C (338F).

Yes, I need to work out on serving it on plate. But I can assure you, it taste delicious.

Of course there are more complicated recipes for this dish, with more ingredients in it, but even this simple one is good enough and perfect for your first time.

Enjoy, and remember, have fun and experiment in the kitchen.

Bye.
